We ship all our products with a professional Courier Company (uAfrica). After each and every order is fulfilled a Tracking number is sent.
Orders above R799.99 will qualify for Free Delivery, orders bellow R799.99 will be charged with a Flat Rate of R99 for Shipping with a professional Courier Company (uAfrica).
- Returns Procedure
We offer a 30 days money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email or phone stating the reason for the return within 30 days of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with triggers and packaging and ANY FREE gifts included and received by us within 30 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 30 days of you receiving them. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.
In the case of faulty goods returned within 30 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.
- Correct Shipping Details
If you have supplied us with any incorrect address information and your order does not reach you due to this error, you are responsible and We are not held accountable in any way. In most circumstances the order is returned to us by Royal Mail which we can then resend to your correct address. We cannot authorize a refund or replacement if you have supplied us with your address and/or postcode incorrectly. Please double check your details.
